Compensation Analyst (Total Rewards)

Location: US Remote; compensation range specified for US-based candidates

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Perform job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and pay equity reviews.
• Assess job scope, grades, classifications, market value, compensation changes, and new-hire offers.
• Analyze and support pay structures, incentives, merit increases, bonuses, and equity programs.
• Maintain salary survey data, job-matching records, compensation systems, job descriptions, and HR data integrity.
• Develop complex Excel and Google Sheets reports, conduct regular audits, and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams on compensation projects and respond to day-to-day compensation questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–6 years of related compensation experience.
• Knowledge of compensation principles and procedures.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Strong analytical ability, accuracy, attention to detail, and effective oral and written communication.
