Lunar Business Operations - Operations Integrator (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Integrate the Lunar Operations team into hirify.global Operations using tools and processes across manufacturing teams.
• Lead multiple projects supporting the deployment of the operational strategy.
• Manage the Rhythm of Business, Lunar Operations risk management, and CapEx management processes.
• Define requirements, coordinate internal and external dependencies, and facilitate change management.
• Track program progress, adoption, and performance; prepare reports and communications for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support leadership decision-making and organizational development in a high-velocity aerospace environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or business.
• 8–10 years of relevant program management or operational experience.
• Strong project-management, organizational, communication, and data skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and balance technical, business, and organizational factors.
• Demonstrated independent work, accountability, problem anticipation, and delivery on commitments.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee or asylee.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering, business, or project management.
• Six or more years of experience in an operations environment.
• PMP certification and Earned Value Management System experience.
