Salary: $57,000–$142,600 annualized base pay; actual pay may vary based on qualifications, location, and schedule. Incentive plans, bonuses, and benefits may also be offered.

What you will do

• Support client projects in the life sciences field under direct or close supervision.
• Review and analyze client requirements and problems, contributing to client-specific solutions.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify client issues and inform recommendations.
• Develop detailed documentation and specifications.
• Help design and structure presentations for different audience needs.
• Build foundational knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through project delivery and learning activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of fundamental business processes, their interactions, and the impact of internal and external influences on decision-making, growth, and decline.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques relevant to the functional area.
• Knowledge of current events and developments within an industry and its major competitors.
• Knowledge of the marketplace, professional and trade associations, key people, and companies.
• Effective time-management skills.
• Ability to work willingly and effectively with colleagues across the organization to accomplish team goals.
