What you will do

• Own the ICAAP methodology, stress testing, documentation, and presentation to executive management and the Board.
• Maintain the recovery plan, including indicators, triggers, escalation procedures, recovery options, and annual testing.
• Interpret CRR/CRD, EBA guidance, and Swedish FSA requirements, translating regulatory developments into concrete actions.
• Advise Finance, Risk, Compliance, Credit, and business units on capital implications of transactions, products, and initiatives.
• Optimize the capital position, RWA composition, own funds stack, internal capital limits, triggers, and early-warning indicators.
• Manage capital instruments, issuance terms, redemptions, permission applications, supervisory interactions, and internal capital training.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in capital management, regulatory interpretation, or a related role in a bank, financial institution, or regulator.
• Strong knowledge of CRR/CRD, Pillar 1 and Pillar 2 frameworks, and Swedish FSA capital regulations.
• Working knowledge of AT1 and Tier 2 capital instruments, including eligibility criteria and issuance documentation.
• Experience with ICAAP, stress testing, internal capital models, recovery planning, Pillar 2 assessments, and regulatory interactions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, a collaborative approach, and proficiency in Excel.
