Corporate Development Manager

Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Hybrid working model with an expectation of being in the office three days a week.

What you will do

• Lead and support M&A activities across the full transaction lifecycle.
• Support the creation of M&A playbooks and frameworks, identify acquisition targets, and conduct initial screening.
• Plan and execute post-acquisition integrations.
• Support quarterly reporting, the annual report, capital market day materials, and the investor presentation.
• Support the annual business plan and produce analysis for growth opportunity evaluation and decision-making.

Requirements

• Professional experience in investment banking, corporate development at a growth company, a private equity firm, management consulting, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills and exposure to M&A processes, including diligence, deal structuring, and integration.
• Experience working across international team structures and global stakeholder landscapes.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical, collaborative, and proactive approach, with the ability to distill complex information and guide senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
