What you will do

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Document and test controls for operational effectiveness.
• Support entity onboarding according to the firm's due diligence standards.
• Manage incidents and risk events, including detection, root-cause identification, and remediation tracking.
• Prepare risk management education materials for firmwide stakeholders.
• Assist with ad hoc risk management projects and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, self-directed, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with VBA and SQL.
• Financial services experience or finance- or investment-related coursework.
• Background in probability and statistics.
