Vice President, TIPM & Operational Resilience Risk

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work model with in-office and work-from-home flexibility.

Salary: $157,000–$190,000 base salary, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus program.

What you will do

• Provide independent second-line oversight and challenge for third-party and intragroup-party risk, operational resilience, and business continuity programs.
• Assess compliance with hirify.global Group requirements and U.S. regulatory expectations, identifyhirify.global gaps and advishirify.global on proportionate enhancements.
• Review critical services, dependencies, business impact analyses, impact tolerances, continuity and recovery strategies, testhirify.global, and remediation.
• Conduct risk-based monitorhirify.global, thematic reviews, and targeted deep dives, documenthirify.global conclusions, actions, escalations, and follow-up.
• Provide risk opinions and reporthirify.global to senior management and governance forums on risk trends, control effectiveness, emerghirify.global risks, and remediation progress.
• Collaborate with the three lines of defense and local, Group, and hub stakeholders while supporthirify.global regulatory examinations and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business, finance, technology, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in non-financial risk, operational risk, third-party risk, operational resilience, business continuity, audit, or a related financial-services discipline.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. bankhirify.global supervisory expectations coverhirify.global third-party risk, operational resilience, business continuity, technology and service dependencies, control oversight, and regulatory examinations.
• Experience performhirify.global independent second-line review and challenge, formhirify.global defensible risk conclusions, and communicathirify.global material issues to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with third-party and intragroup arrangements, critical services, BIAs, continuity and recovery strategies, scenario testhirify.global, concentration risk, subcontracthirify.global, conthirify.globalency, and exit plannhirify.global.
• Strong analytical, writhirify.global, stakeholder-management, and influenchirify.global skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
