Sr Manager, Enterprise Risk Management

Location: Needham, MA, United States (Global Headquarters); onsite role

What you will do

• Facilitate the enterprise risk management program and integrate insurable risks into the enterprise risk picture.
• Map product liability, recall, property, supply chain, cyber, D&O, cargo, and international exposures.
• Build total cost of risk views covering premiums, retained losses, fees, and internal program costs.
• Lead the annual insurance renewal process, including underwriting data, broker coordination, and renewal recommendations to Treasury.
• Assess multinational insurance programs, locally admitted placements, broker and carrier performance, and coverage gaps in retailer and vendor agreements.
• Partner with Legal, Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, Operations, and Cybersecurity on claims, recovery opportunities, risk transfer, and value measurement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive corporate risk and insurance, broker, or carrier experience with global program responsibility.
• Deep product liability and product recall expertise, with working knowledge of property, cyber, D&O, and marine/cargo insurance.
• Experience with multinational program design, locally admitted placements, controlled master programs, and contract risk transfer.
• Strong total cost of risk analytics and financial modeling, including retention and limit optimization and loss forecasting.
• Experience with claims strategy, recovery, broker and carrier management, compensation benchmarking, and marketing or RFP processes.
• AI fluency or a genuine drive to build AI fluency; ARM, CPCU, or RIMS-CRMP is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer products, retail, or manufacturing.
• Captive feasibility experience.
• Familiarity with COSO ERM or ISO 31000.
