Regional Commercial Director – Eastern Mediterranean (Maritime Sustainability)

Location: Greece and the Eastern Mediterranean, with Greece as the primary market.

What you will do

• Develop new business opportunities across Greece and the Eastern Mediterranean.
• Build long-term relationships with shipowners, ship managers, shipyards, and other maritime stakeholders.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through contract negotiation.
• Expand and support the regional partner and agent network.
• Grow existing customer relationships through cross-selling and strategic account development.
• Represent hirify.global at industry conferences and exhibitions while contributing market intelligence to the global organisation.

Requirements

• Strong track record in complex B2B sales.
• Understanding of maritime sustainability and compliance solutions and their commercial drivers.
• Experience engaging senior decision-makers and developing long-term customer relationships.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, organisational, and entrepreneurial skills.
• Fluent Greek and English required.
• Experience selling software, technology, or consulting services into the maritime sector is highly valued.
