Senior Salesforce Developer (AI): Building and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions and enterprise integrations with an accent on Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, automation, and AI-enabled applications. Focus on designing secure event-driven architectures, integrating Salesforce and Slack, developing Agentforce and generative AI solutions, and solving complex production issues.

What you will do

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and Platform Events.
Build AI-enabled applications with Salesforce Agentforce, generative AI, LLM APIs, RAG, Prompt Builder, and intelligent workflow automation.
Develop Salesforce and Slack integrations, applications, bots, workflows, and AI-powered employee experiences.
Design secure integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, webhooks, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
Apply Git, Salesforce DX/CLI, CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, monitoring, and documentation.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

7+ years of Salesforce platform experience with significant hands-on development responsibility.
Advanced experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce data modeling, Flow, and automation.
Strong experience designing REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and secure Salesforce solutions.
Hands-on experience with Agentforce, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or semantic search.
Experience with Git-based development, CI/CD, automated testing, debugging, production support, and technical documentation.
Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into secure, scalable production solutions.

Nice to have

Slack development and integration, including APIs, applications, bots, workflows, OAuth, Events API, and webhooks.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
Experience with MuleSoft, comparable integration platforms, AWS, Azure, or modern data platforms.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or architecture-focused credentials.
Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or a fast-growing global technology organization.
