What you will do

• Design and evolve scalable, reliable, and maintainable agentic AI architectures for hirify.global Assistants.
• Lead the end-to-end development of AI agents, from technical design and prototyping through production deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
• Define prompt engineering strategies, agent orchestration patterns, and LLM configurations.
• Build evaluation frameworks for agent architectures, prompts, model selection, and system performance.
• Establish best practices for testing, observability, security, performance optimization, and responsible AI.
• Collaborate with product, UX, solution, and engineering stakeholders while mentoring engineers and evaluating emerging GenAI technologies.

Requirements

• Solid software engineering and architecture experience with production-grade, scalable solutions.
• Deep expertise in generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, agent orchestration, and tool integration.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying GenAI applications in production.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM evaluation frameworks, performance optimization, APIs, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with modern software development practices.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services, technical decision-making, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Background in FP&A, S&OP, or Retail Planning solutions.
