Senior Salesforce Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and Platform Events.
• Build AI-enabled applications with Salesforce Agentforce, generative AI, LLM APIs, RAG, Prompt Builder, and intelligent workflow automation.
• Develop Salesforce and Slack integrations, applications, bots, workflows, and AI-powered employee experiences.
• Design secure integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, webhooks, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, data, infrastructure, and other teams to align solutions with business and enterprise standards.
• Apply Git, Salesforce DX/CLI, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, documentation, and production support practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience with significant hands-on development responsibility.
• Advanced experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce data modeling, Flow, and automation.
• Strong experience designing REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and secure Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on experience developing AI-enabled applications with Agentforce, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or semantic search.
• Experience with Git-based development, CI/CD, automated testing, debugging, technical documentation, and production support.
• Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into secure, scalable production solutions.

Nice to have

• Slack development and integration, including APIs, applications, bots, workflows, OAuth, Events API, and webhooks.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Experience with MuleSoft or comparable integration platforms, AWS, Azure, enterprise API architecture, identity and access management, or modern data platforms.
• Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or fast-growing global technology organizations.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or architecture-focused credentials.
