Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Full-time onsite in Helsinki, Finland; working onsite is mandatory. Candidates must already be legally able to work in Finland. No relocation or visa support is available.

Salary: €4,500–6,500 per month plus 0.25–0.75% equity.

Treat Health is building an AI-assisted healthcare service where patients describe their concerns, receive adaptive follow-up questions, and have the full picture reviewed by a licensed doctor.

What you will do

• Build agentic frontend experiences for the healthcare platform.
• Develop agentic mobile applications for native platforms.
• Work across the full stack with Elixir, Phoenix LiveView, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
• Contribute to cloud and edge infrastructure using GCP and Cloudflare.
• Work with Rust and support native mobile development with Swift and Kotlin.
• Use Claude throughout planning, coding, and code review.

Requirements

• Experience working across the full stack.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Helsinki.
• Existing legal authorization to work in Finland is required.
• Experience with relevant technologies including Elixir, Phoenix LiveView, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, GCP, Cloudflare, or Rust.
• Ability to work with native mobile technologies such as Swift and Kotlin.
