TL;DR

Location: Helsinki, Finland; hybrid work model with primarily office-based work during the initial employment stage

What you will do
- Design scalable solutions across backend services, APIs, and user-facing web applications.
- Develop, optimize, and deploy production-level full-stack software.
- Create and maintain specifications, repository context, and prompts for AI-assisted development workflows.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, unit tests, and validation protocols.
- Maintain technical documentation for development, regulatory compliance, and cross-team collaboration.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain products used in clinical and research settings.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience in full-stack or software engineering.
- Strong programming skills and experience building and deploying web applications and backend services in production.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
- Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools in production, including understanding agents, context, and result verification.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Nice to have
- Experience with image analysis, AI model building, data management, verification metrics, and validation workflows.
- Experience building AI harnesses and improving team adoption of AI coding tools.
- Experience with C#/.NET, React, Angular, TypeScript, REST APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps, medical devices, healthcare data, or regulated environments such as ISO 13485 and FDA.
