Chief Product & Technology Officer (AI)

Location: Helsinki, Finland; onsite five days a week

Salary: €100k+/year plus meaningful equity

Company

Builds and operates AI voice agents for businesses that answer calls, book appointments, take orders, update existing business tools, and escalate complex calls to people.

What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, prioritization, and roadmap with the founders.
• Lead development of the agent platform covering knowledge, context, tools, workflows, state, permissions, versioning, deployment, evaluation, monitoring, and human escalation.
• Shape architecture across frontend, backend, APIs, data, infrastructure, real-time voice, integrations, security, and AI runtime.
• Improve engineering practices, including coding-agent usage, review, measurement, and human accountability.
• Drive reliability, latency, privacy, model performance, and product operating costs.
• Hire and develop the product and engineering organization as the company grows.

Requirements

• Experience scaling a software or AI product and its team through multiple stages, including joining before the product and organization were mature.
• Ownership of product roadmaps and the ability to explain difficult product decisions.
• Strong ability to work across backend architecture and frontend development.
• Experience shipping AI systems to production, including orchestration, tools, evaluation, guardrails, latency, cost, and failure modes.
• Experience using coding agents in production and reviewing their work closely.
• Experience hiring and leading strong engineers and technical leaders, with direct commercial communication and accountability for outcomes.

Nice to have

• Background as a founder, CPTO, CTO, VP Engineering with product ownership, or Head of Product with deep engineering expertise.
