What you will do

• Develop browser-based user interfaces and backend systems across the full development stack.
• Integrate clients' business needs into performant, cost-effective, and maintainable code.
• Work with technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, React, TypeScript, Java, Kotlin, .NET, Scala, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD tools, and databases.
• Apply test automation, continuous delivery, and agile DevOps practices pragmatically.
• Collaborate as part of client development teams and contribute to long-term projects.
• Continuously develop full stack expertise and support professional growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Helsinki area, Finland, with willingness to visit client offices in Tampere or Turku.
• 8+ years of software development experience across various services and products.
• Strong expertise in multiple programming languages and at least one cloud technology (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Fluent in Finnish and English languages.
• Consultative and client-focused mindset with ability to work across frontend and backend.
