Director IDD Biology (Immunology)

Location: Remote/work from home in the United States. Travel required 10% for domestic and international daily or overnight trips.

What you will do

• Lead integrated drug discovery programs, coordinating clients, internal functional teams, recommendations, and program workflows.
• Develop integrated program proposals, review active programs, and support other project leaders.
• Manage key accounts as the primary contact for project delivery and client relationship development.
• Drive service growth across in-vitro and in-vivo offerings in cooperation with Business Development and Technical teams.
• Support Business Development, marketing, and internal initiatives with scientific expertise and drug discovery experience.
• Coordinate client inquiries through the Request Center and route them to appropriate technical teams.

Requirements

• Life science Ph.D. with more than 8 years of post-Ph.D. drug discovery and development experience in biotech or pharma.
• Specific expertise in immunology and inflammation is sought; expertise in metabolism, neuroscience, or modality-independent drug discovery is also relevant.
• Experience reviewing data, resolving issues, and working in a highly matrixed organization.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel 10% domestically and internationally.
