What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of design strategists, UX/UI designers, and service designers.
• Set the creative direction and maintain design quality across projects, pitches, and strategic initiatives.
• Define the future vision for design in an AI-driven era, including adaptive experiences, data-driven personalization, AI agents, and generative interfaces.
• Lead strategic engagements for digital products, platforms, and services from initial vision through the full innovation and design lifecycle.
• Shape design roadmaps with clients, strengthen their design maturity, and translate design value into business outcomes.
• Drive business development by building relationships, shaping proposals, winning strategic pursuits, and owning commercial scopes and margins.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in design and digital innovation, including leadership roles.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in consultancy, agency, or product environments.
• A clear design vision and point of view on the future of design in an AI-driven world.
• Strong business development skills and a proven record of shaping and winning strategic engagements.
• Ability to inspire clients, designers, and executives through storytelling, presence, and thought leadership.
• A portfolio demonstrating design excellence, strategic impact, and leadership across complex digital programs.
