Associate, Nexus, Investor Delivery

What you will do

• Complete daily deliverables related to investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash.
• Meet service-level agreements while following company and department policies and procedures.
• Respond to queries from clients, investors, fund managers, and internal departments.
• Escalate client or deliverable issues when required and appropriate.
• Participate in team check-ins, share information, and support colleagues.
• Support department initiatives, projects, and risk-mitigation activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or relevant experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking, or client service.
• Accuracy and quality in completing daily operational processes and deliverables.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of investor services processes and related functionalities.
• Existing client or customer service experience.
