Manager, Local Visibility Optimization (SEO)

Location: Remote in Toronto or Vancouver, Canada

Base salary: 89,500–128,500 CAD

What you will do

• Define and refine hirify.global’s SEO, AEO, and GEO narrative using data, client outcomes, and industry signals.
• Translate market intelligence into frameworks, playbooks, benchmarks, talking points, and customer-facing content.
• Build and maintain SEO enablement programs for Customer Success, including listings and local pages strategy.
• Maintain paid local SEO consulting services and evaluate deliverables and performance.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing on product messaging, roadmap value storytelling, and training.
• Produce thought leadership content through blog posts, webinars, video commentary, and industry events.

Requirements

• 7+ years of SEO experience.
• Experience with AEO and GEO.
• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity with Microsoft business programs and Google Workspace.
• Strong understanding of SEO performance metrics for websites and listings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, follow-up, multitasking, and customer advocacy skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience with ticketing platforms such as Jira.
