Senior Manager, Cyber Enablement (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Define and execute the cyber business enablement strategy in alignment with business and cybersecurity objectives.
• Advise senior executives on risk-informed cybersecurity decisions, growth, resilience, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop the global Business Information Security Officer function and establish a consistent engagement model.
• Embed secure-by-design practices and cybersecurity requirements into products, software development, technology, AI, M&A, and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate engagement across Cyber Operations, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Product Security, Architecture, and Program Management.
• Establish performance indicators and provide executive reporting on cybersecurity priorities, risks, investments, and outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, technology, risk management, product security, or related leadership roles.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing strategic business decisions.
• Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams and driving organizational change.
• Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity practices, software and product security, cloud environments, and technology transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, business partnership, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across business, engineering, technology, legal, privacy, audit, and compliance functions.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or a similar credential.
• Experience in aerospace, defence, software, industrial, or highly regulated environments.
• Experience supporting product security, secure development, digital transformation, or enterprise-scale cybersecurity programs.
