Network Manager (6 Month Contract)

Location: Hybrid working basis in the UK, associated with the Warhammer World site near Nottingham

What you will do

• Implement, support, manage, and maintain global wired and wireless networks.
• Develop network management best practices, policies, procedures, technical controls, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Make technical decisions on network architecture, security, resilience, and technologies.
• Deliver network projects, including resource planning and timeline management.
• Coordinate internal teams, network engineers, and third-party suppliers to meet delivery requirements.
• Lead technical response to complex network incidents, restoring service and minimizing business disruption.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with network technologies and logical incident diagnosis.
• Experience with HP Aruba, Fortinet, and Cisco Meraki wired and wireless technologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of firewall and network technologies.
• Understanding of project management and the ability to manage multiple projects at pace.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and technical leadership skills.
