Multimedia Designer Intern

Location: Hybrid role for candidates in the greater Tampa Bay area; work in the Clearwater, Florida office Tuesday through Thursday. The 12-week internship runs from January 25, 2027 through April 16, 2027. Relocation and lodging, if needed, are the intern's responsibility.

What you will do

• Create multimedia assets for interactive e-learning modules, including graphics, animation, video, and interactive media.
• Conceptualize, storyboard, lay out, animate, edit, and produce visually engaging digital content.
• Create graphics, edit photos, produce motion graphics, and create or update videos and animations.
• Perform sound mixing and synchronization while preparing graphic assets for localization vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow production workflows and style guides, and meet deadlines.
• Support diverse, equitable, and inclusive content while ensuring accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 AA.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certificate in Digital Media, Animation, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative writing, visual storytelling, and social media content.
• Proficiency with post-production and video editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Audition.
• Experience creating and editing illustrated animations through coursework, freelance work, internships, or personal projects.
• Understanding of social media platforms and current video trends, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with audio editing software, Gmail, Google Docs, Microsoft Word and Excel, and web browsers; strong time management and organizational skills.
