Operations Manager, Fulfillment Operations

Location: 400 Smoketree Plaza, North Aurora, IL 60542, United States. Multiple shifts are available; the role requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, and pushing or pulling during 8–10-hour shifts.

Base salary target: $85,000–$90,000 per year. The full base pay range is $69,998–$116,663, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus plan.

What you will do

• Manage distribution operations, customer service, recruiting, human resources, and daily departmental performance.
• Lead, hire, train, coach, motivate, and set goals for facility team members.
• Track operational KPIs and use data-driven reports to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensure receiving, storage, handling, and shipping processes meet safety, quality, legality, and service requirements.
• Establish and enforce safety procedures and maintain a healthy work environment.
• Share effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and operational needs with other locations and headquarters.

Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with safety procedures in a distribution center environment.
• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Established record of taking ownership and delivering results.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Ability to continuously stand and walk, and frequently bend, stoop, reach above, and push or pull during an 8–10-hour shift.
