TL;DR

Senior Graphic Designer (Employer Branding): Creating visual stories and brand assets for internal and external employer branding with an accent on cohesive design systems and culture communication. Focus on designing event branding, social media content, and internal newsletters to attract and engage talent.

Location: Hybrid (Office encouraged with up to 2 remote days per week), with a Work from Anywhere (WFA) policy allowing work from almost anywhere in the world.

Salary: 3000-4200 EUR/month

What you will do

  • Design internal and external employer brand assets, including event branding, conference decks, social media posts, and newsletters.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity that represents the company culture to potential and current employees.
  • Collaborate with the Employer Brand team to translate culture initiatives into high-quality visuals.
  • Pitch and explore innovative ways to showcase company life.
  • Manage the full creative process from initial drafting to final pixel-perfect execution.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in design with a focus on marketing visuals.
  • Portfolio demonstrating the ability to build cohesive design systems rather than one-off assets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to articulate the rationale behind design choices.

Nice to have

  • Experience with photo editing and compositing.
  • Usage of AI tools to optimize workflow and explore creative concepts.
