Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

What you will do

• Create and oversee consistent visual concepts for global and local marketing campaigns.
• Design marketing materials in collaboration with marketing and branding teams.
• Ensure creative output follows brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Support team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in creative or graphic design roles.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Ability to design for motion and collaborate effectively with motion designers.
• Strong communication, collaboration, initiative, creativity, and attention to quality.
• Knowledge of current visual communication and marketing trends.
• A portfolio is required; applications without one will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools.
• DTP experience.
