Senior Change Communication Manager

I’m hiring a Senior Change Communication Manager for my team at inDrive.

As we develop our work with leaders, there’s a lot I want us to build: stronger alignment across the leadership community, clearer communication between leaders and their teams, and practical frameworks that help people plan and communicate changes.

This person will work closely with me and senior leaders across the company. There will be room to try things, question existing approaches, and develop tools that colleagues find useful in their everyday work.

I’m looking for someone who can spot where understanding gets lost, ask the questions others might skip, and turn a complicated discussion into something clear and concise.
