Cyber Risk / AI Risk Expert (AI)

Location: Madrid, Spain, with a hybrid schedule combining home working and office days at ING MAD

What you will do

• Conduct cyber, technology, AI, and third-party risk assessments.
• Manage cyber risk registers, risk treatment, tracking, metrics, KRIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Evaluate security policy exceptions, risk acceptance requests, AI use cases, and third-party providers.
• Support vendor security due diligence and third-party risk management, including cloud and AI-related risks.
• Advise business, technology, security, risk, compliance, and senior management stakeholders on mitigation strategies and control effectiveness.
• Support regulatory, audit, compliance, and supervisory engagements while improving cyber risk management and AI governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, cyber risk, information security, technology risk, GRC, or enterprise risk management.
• Preferred 10+ years of experience in large, regulated organizations.
• Experience with cyber risk assessments, risk registers, control frameworks, risk reporting, and third-party and technology risk.
• Strong understanding of AI governance and AI risk management principles.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, DORA, EBA/ECB supervisory expectations, GDPR, and financial-sector security requirements.
• Experience with OneTrust, ServiceNow IRM, Archer, or equivalent GRC platforms; a relevant bachelor's degree and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or CGRC are preferred.
