Senior Product Manager, Payments Platform (Fintech)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania or Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid work with office presence encouraged and up to two remote days per week; a work-from-anywhere policy also allows working from almost anywhere in the world.

Gross salary: €6,000–€7,000 per month for the Lithuanian market, or PLN 21,000–28,000 per month for the Polish market. Compensation varies based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Own the vision, long-term strategy, roadmap, and measurable goals for the payments platform.
• Manage the full payment lifecycle, including checkout, payment methods, subscriptions, billing, renewals, and failed-payment recovery.
• Analyze payment performance, user journeys, behavior patterns, and product metrics to identify improvements.
• Reduce payment friction and fraud while improving conversion and recovered revenue.
• Define KPI frameworks for checkout conversion, failed-payment rate, recovered revenue, and payment success.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, engineering, design, and analytics teams while monitoring competitors and market trends.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience with a record of shipping successful products at scale.
• Strong generalist mindset, combining strategic thinking with tactical execution.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong understanding of user needs and experience building products that solve real problems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Vilnius or Warsaw.

• Experience in digital payments.
