What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for experienced executives and operators, from sourcing and referrals through interviewing, evaluation, selection, and hiring.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective coaches and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
• Redesign recruiting and coach-operations workflows to reduce manual work and improve scalability.
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows, agents, automations, and integrations.
• Manage the coach journey through hiring, onboarding, training, and activation.
• Run day-to-day coach operations, including communications, support requests, recurring programs, documentation, and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience owning full-cycle recruiting and evaluating experienced executives and operators.
• Experience designing and implementing AI workflows, automations, or connected tools with measurable impact.
• Experience coordinating programs, timelines, handoffs, or recurring operations and improving them over time.
• Experience working in a startup or technology company with changing priorities.
• Strong end-to-end ownership, initiative, communication, relationship-building, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to support coaching and human development.
