Senior Community Developer (Gaming)

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada; office-based

hirify.global develops and publishes global video game franchises including Assassin’s Creed, Rainbow Six, and Just Dance.

What you will do

• Develop and execute global community strategies and content plans for unannounced game projects.
• Coordinate player communications, community activities, events, and messaging across global departments and partner studios.
• Represent player needs within Production and Publishing teams and shape feedback cycles into actionable insights.
• Support betas, launches, post-launch communication, live-service updates, and player retention initiatives.
• Define and report community content KPIs, manage feedback reports, and make ROI-focused decisions.
• Lead best-practice development, transversal initiatives, and mentoring for Community Managers and peers.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing online communities and developing successful strategic programs.
• Extensive gaming industry experience across platforms, genres, and AAA launches.
• Experience with unannounced or early-stage projects, co-development, and third-party studio environments.
• Strong knowledge of community and social media platforms including Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and Discord.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines, stakeholders, success metrics, and long-term relationships with studios, partners, and players.
• Fluency in French is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with fantasy or Western RPG titles.
• Experience shipping or supporting an AAA live-service title or Early Access game.
