What you will do

• Coordinate web projects from planning through handoff and launch readiness.
• Track milestones, dependencies, requirements, assets, timelines, and open items across project workstreams.
• Coordinate production and localization activities to support downstream execution.
• Monitor global capacity visibility, balance project needs against available resources, and escalate constraints.
• Manage translation submissions, status tracking, follow-ups, and handoff of completed content.
• Create and maintain project tracking epics or formal handoff records.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience coordinating web, digital, content, localization, or production projects.
• Strong organizational skills for tracking multiple projects, deadlines, dependencies, and handoffs.
• Experience with project management, collaboration, and reporting tools.
• Clear communication skills, stakeholder follow-up, open-item tracking, and risk escalation.
• Working knowledge of web production and localization workflows, including translation submissions, status tracking, QA readiness, and delivery handoffs.
