Deployment Operations Representative

What you will do

• Coordinate third-party contractors and schedule installation work on customer farms.
• Maintain strong working relationships with contractors and ensure work is delivered on time and to specification.
• Conduct radio modelling analysis, create farm installation plans, and identify optimal tower locations.
• Communicate deployment plans to customers and manage requested iterations.
• Answer customer questions and support the wider Launch team in meeting deployment deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong time-management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, contractors, and customers across different regions.
• High attention to detail and commitment to completing work to a high standard and on time.
• Interest in basic programming, coding, and technical problem-solving.
• Proactive approach to process improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience in project management or coordination.
• Experience in geospatial or mapping work.
• Familiarity with Linux, Python, or Photoshop.
