Master Student in Investment Management (Generative AI)

Location: Hamburg, Germany; onsite at hirify.global's largest civil aircraft production site. Start: Q1 2027. Duration: 6 months.

hirify.global develops and manufactures civil aircraft and operates an industrial investment management function supporting aircraft production.

What you will do

• Map the end-to-end CapEx dossier creation lifecycle across operational sites.
• Analyze bottlenecks, redundant reporting, and root causes behind complex investment dossiers.
• Design an intake and generation pipeline connecting Google Drive, Gemini AI, and Google Slides.
• Develop and calibrate workflows for executive summaries, risk matrices, and multi-year cash-phasing projections.
• Run 1–3 live industrial investment dossiers through the automated pipeline.
• Compare current and future processes using administrative time savings, controller approval speed, and compliance KPIs.

Requirements

• Enrolled full-time in the final year of a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related engineering/business program.
• Strong interest in generative AI prompting, workflow automation, low-code integration, Google Workspace, Apps Script, Python, or API interactions.
• Understanding of CapEx and OpEx, cash phasing, business cases, and ROI/NPV logic.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with industrial engineers and financial controllers.
• Negotiation-level English fluency is required as the working language.
