What you will do

• Design, build, and manage finished product specifications covering ingredients, artwork, blend parameters, quality controls, pallet configurations, and related details.
• Organize quality-system documentation and lead document control across more than 100 product specifications.
• Trend and analyze data to identify leading performance issues and prioritize improvement efforts.
• Drive KPI completion to support quality performance across co-manufacturers.
• Research and synthesize information for reporting and horizon scanning.

Requirements

• Experience in an administrative, quality, or supply chain support role, ideally in food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when managing high volumes of documentation.
• Strong written English and research skills.
• Comfort using AI tools for research and data work while verifying accuracy.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, document management, and quality or compliance record-keeping.
• Reliability, initiative, and the ability to work independently across time zones.
