Asset Team Lead, Commercial Operations (Manufacturing)

Location: US - Bend, OR; fully site-based onsite position. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates and their families.

What you will do

• Lead asset performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and operational performance.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Manufacturing Science teams.
• Ensure readiness for new products, process improvements, and manufacturing campaigns.
• Support investigations, issue resolution, and compliance activities.
• Coach team members and communicate priorities, performance trends, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in process development, manufacturing operations, or a related regulated environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of manufacturing performance improvement and operational excellence practices.
• Understanding of quality, compliance, and safety requirements in a production environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, resource planning, budgeting, or performance management skills.
