Equity Trading Analyst (Equity Trading)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office in Gdańsk, Gdynia or Warsaw, Poland

Rate: up to 170 PLN/hour

What you will do

• Analyse business processes, workflows, operating models, applications, integrations and data flows.
• Document business requirements, functional gaps, country-specific variations, decisions, dependencies and risks.
• Compare current solutions with the Nordic target architecture and define required changes.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with business SMEs, operations teams and application teams.
• Develop user stories, solution recommendations and materials for architecture reviews and governance forums.
• Support impact assessments across Order Management, Trade Processing, Settlement and Safekeeping.

Requirements

• Strong experience in business analysis, process mapping and requirements documentation.
• Experience analysing complex operational workflows and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
• Understanding of stock trading lifecycles, application landscapes, integrations and data flows.
• Knowledge of APIs, interfaces, system interactions, SQL and data analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams and bridge business and technology discussions.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with equity trading, settlement and safekeeping.
• Experience with regulatory or market-driven change initiatives.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance.
