Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager

Location: Almere, Netherlands — on-site at the fulfilment facility

What you will do

• Lead daily warehouse, production and fulfilment operations, including inbound, outbound, packing and quality control.
• Coach and support two Team Leads overseeing approximately 40 permanent colleagues.
• Plan workforce capacity around order volumes and seasonal demand while managing staffing-agency support.
• Own operational performance across safety, quality, service, engagement and labour cost.
• Improve processes, remove bottlenecks and evaluate automation, machinery and equipment upgrades.
• Partner with Delivery, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial teams and external suppliers to align operational plans.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams in fulfilment, warehousing, logistics or production.
• Experience coaching Team Leads or supervisors and managing performance across safety, quality, service and cost.
• Experience planning staffing for busy periods and working with temporary or flexible teams.
• Experience managing budgets, labour costs and operational capacity.
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety and experience improving operational processes.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential; Dutch is the main language used in daily warehouse and fulfilment operations.
