Chief Product Officer (Crypto)

Location: Europe - Remote

What you will do

• Define and execute the European product strategy, roadmap, priorities, investment allocation, and portfolio performance.
• Lead European Product Management across discovery, user journey design, planning, execution, and product lifecycle management.
• Drive product development across spot trading, derivatives, payments, and investment services, subject to regulatory approvals.
• Lead the European Business Intelligence function, including dashboards, KPIs, customer segmentation, market intelligence, revenue analysis, and forecasting.
• Own product experience across onboarding, KYC, trading, payments, and customer engagement while improving adoption, activation, conversion, retention, and revenue.
• Build and lead Product Management and Business Intelligence teams and collaborate with Technology, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and global Product teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in product management, digital financial services, or technology, including significant executive leadership experience in crypto, fintech, trading, brokerage, or capital markets.
• Experience leading product strategies, multi-market product portfolios, and high-performing international teams.
• Strong understanding of crypto trading, derivatives, digital assets, payments, and investment services.
• Experience developing and launching financial products in regulated environments.
• Experience leading Product Management and Business Intelligence functions.
• Strong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks, including MiCA, MiFID II, EMI, DORA, and payment services regulations.
• Experience in product analytics, business intelligence, customer segmentation, financial forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Commercial and analytical experience managing product adoption, conversion, trading volumes, retention, and revenue.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, digital platforms, UX/UI, and product lifecycle management, plus strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field; equivalent relevant professional experience is also considered.
