Compliance Product Manager (Blockchain)

What you will do

• Design and develop compliance tools and services that meet regulatory requirements while providing a strong user experience.
• Review business requirements and create Product Requirements Documents to keep projects on schedule and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, Compliance, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to prioritize valuable product functionality.
• Track and analyze key metrics, resolve issues, and drive continuous product improvements.
• Refine workflows to improve operational efficiency and create intuitive user experiences.
• Coordinate product implementation with Regional and Global Heads and communicate new features and enhancements to users and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the technology, fintech, finance, or blockchain industry.
• Strong background or hands-on experience with Compliance processes such as AML and Transaction Monitoring is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management, preferably within an agile framework.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize objectively.
• Logical thinking skills and the ability to identify and articulate rationale, assumptions, and risks.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Self-starter mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, results-driven environment.
