Earn Product Operation Manager (TradFi)

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and drive the onboarding of high-quality TradFi and RWA assets into Binance Earn.
• Research traditional finance wealth management and investment product structures and redesign them for crypto-native Earn users.
• Work with Product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to assess feasibility, operational readiness, and go-to-market execution.
• Translate traditional financial product mechanisms into scalable Earn concepts with a focus on user value, product design, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze market trends, user demand, and competitor offerings across TradFi, RWA, and crypto wealth products to identify opportunities.
• Support product launches, optimization, performance tracking, lifecycle management, and the development of frameworks balancing innovation, compliance, risk control, and business growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product operations, product strategy, investment product, or wealth management-related roles.
• Strong understanding of product design, product operations, and product lifecycle management.
• Deep knowledge of funds, ETFs, including leveraged ETFs, and structured products such as PPN, FCN, covered call strategies, structured tranches, and leveraged fund products.
• Strong TradFi background from asset management, wealth management, brokerage, banking, or another financial institution.
• Ability to identify effective financial product mechanisms and translate them into practical, user-friendly, and scalable Earn products.
• Strong analytical thinking, business-impact orientation, operational execution skills, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.
• Strong curiosity about crypto and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Understanding of tokenization and the basic logic of representing real-world assets on-chain.
• Familiarity with compliance, regulatory, and licensing frameworks related to investment products, RWAs, or tokenized assets.
• Understanding of core crypto concepts, especially stablecoins and their role in on-chain financial products.
• Genuine interest in crypto, demonstrated through hands-on usage, research, or personal exploration of crypto products and ecosystems.
• Experience bridging TradFi product logic with crypto-native product innovation.
