NPC Engineer- CSG Pilot (Semiconductor)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States. Day shift. Travel required for approximately 10% of the time. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $140,000–$192,500 per year.

What you will do

• Identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems with limited supervision.
• Define, coordinate, perform, and document engineering tests and reports.
• Develop and modify mechanical layouts, schematics, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform engineering analysis and implement solutions for complex product issues.
• Lead or execute projects, develop key suppliers, and create mechanical product specifications.
• Design and implement custom tooling, fixturing, and processes for handling, assembly, and disassembly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience with CAD software, DFX assessments, advanced troubleshooting, and NPI processes.
• Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Ability to work onsite in Austin, Texas.
