Data Scientist (AI)

What you will do

• Design data-driven solutions using advanced analytics, machine learning models, and AI technologies.
• Lead media effectiveness projects, including Media Mix Models, incrementality studies, and multi-touchpoint attribution.
• Build scalable end-to-end ML and AI systems covering training, inference, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and client stakeholders on multidisciplinary projects.
• Explain technical solutions, model outputs, and business recommendations to client stakeholders and senior marketing leaders.
• Advise clients on data science implementation and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• MSc degree in Econometrics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Hands-on experience building media effectiveness solutions using Media Mix Modelling, incrementality, and attribution.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, media channels, customer journeys, Bayesian modelling, and causal inference.
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries including scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
• Strong SQL skills, experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift, and knowledge of MLOps on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Git and Docker, plus strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
