Location: South Africa; remote-first, work-from-home arrangement may vary depending on the role and team.

What you will do
- Own marketing metrics and growth initiatives for Central Africa.
- Plan and execute integrated regional campaigns with global, functional, and agency teams.
- Design, optimize, and manage affiliate programs across assigned markets.
- Coordinate hyperlocalized social media engagement and build trust with blockchain and crypto communities.
- Develop quarterly marketing strategies, OKRs, accountability tracking, and performance reports.
- Lead market experiments across lifecycle, social, and paid channels, while coordinating local events and monitoring competitor movements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven success in a similar marketing role.
- Experience with large-scale integrated campaigns, brand building, and team management.
- Experience in regional roles and familiarity with African markets.
- Fluency in English required.
- Data-driven decision-making skills and experience analyzing social media and paid-channel performance.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving and uncertain environment and represent Binance to external stakeholders.
Nice to have
- French language skills.
- Experience with social media management, affiliate programs, events, and influencer management.
- Experience in business development, partnerships, government relations, strategy, startups, venture building, management consulting, or entrepreneurship.
- Background or interest in fintech and crypto.
