HR Data Analyst

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end HR data analytics process, from stakeholder requirements and data-source identification to data preparation, analysis, and visualization.
• Analyze workforce capacity, talent acquisition, absences, compensation, and diversity data to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses for HR and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and implement technical solutions for data preparation, analytics, reporting, visualization, and improved data flows.
• Standardize, simplify, automate, and improve the efficiency of HR reporting and analytics.
• Help stakeholders understand dashboards and analytical results and apply insights to business questions.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, economics, sociology, psychology, data science, or another strongly analytical or research-focused field.
• Professional experience in HR analytics, HR controlling, data analytics, or a comparable area; relevant internships and working-student experience are also valued.
• Experience with modern analytics technologies such as Excel, Power BI, Databricks, Python, SQL, data preparation tools, and generative AI tools.
• Experience handling complex datasets, data preparation, data quality, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Fluent German and English are required.
• Structured analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, ownership, initiative, clear communication, collaboration, and awareness of employee-data privacy and GDPR requirements.
