AI Delivery Manager (Agent Orchestrator)

Location: Poland or Cyprus; remote or hybrid work available.

What you will do

• Design and write custom AI agents and skills using Codex, Claude Code, or comparable tools.
• Select and combine agents, skills, and models according to project goals, adapting the setup as delivery evolves.
• Own build, testing, and release execution while directing agents, developers, and QA.
• Turn validated backlogs into executable delivery plans and rapidly triage work blocking delivery.
• Align delivery with product owners, business analysts, and clients while managing scope, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Mentor developers and QA engineers on agent-driven delivery practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software delivery, technical program management, or engineering leadership with direct accountability for shipping.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience building custom AI agents and skills for real delivery work, supported by concrete examples.
• Hands-on engineering background rather than process management only.
• Strong SDLC, QA, and release fundamentals.
• Clear communication of status and risk to non-technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.
