Senior Creative Frontend Engineer (React)

Location: Remote from Latin America; working hours must align with US Pacific Time (PST/PDT).

What you will do

• Build visually polished, highly interactive web experiences for a major Fortune 500 consumer brand.
• Translate high-end Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
• Create smooth animations and scroll-driven interactions using modern web animation technologies.
• Develop scalable, cross-browser UI components with Tailwind CSS and modern CSS.
• Optimize animation-heavy pages for rendering, paint, asset loading, and 60fps performance.
• Implement accessible experiences with ARIA, keyboard navigation, and reduced-motion support while participating in code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of front-end web development experience with expert-level HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Advanced experience with GSAP, including ScrollTrigger, Framer Motion, SVG animation, Canvas, or WebGL/Three.js.
• Advanced Tailwind CSS skills, including custom design systems, theming, and complex responsive layouts.
• Hands-on experience with React or Next.js and a strong eye for pixel-perfect design and motion.
• Ability to lead front-end projects independently, debug effectively, and test across browsers and devices.
• Professional English and availability during US Pacific Time hours are required.
