Software Engineer 2 - Growth Team (AI)

Location: New York, New York, United States

Base pay: $136,000–$184,000 per year. The position may also be eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive customer, business, and technology outcomes by identifying and delivering key opportunities.
• Lead significant technology initiatives end to end, including horizontal architecture layers.
• Design and implement durable, scalable, secure, and high-availability software solutions.
• Build AI-native applications and assess the applicability, accuracy, and limitations of AI technologies.
• Develop full-stack customer experiences and backend solutions using modern software and AI frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to solve customer problems and influence end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
• 2+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
• Full-stack development experience with AI technologies and tools, including frontend or backend applications.
• Experience with technologies such as React, Angular, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Java, TypeScript, Spring, Express, SageMaker, Vertex, LangChain, large language models, prompt engineering, Dialogflow, or Python.
• Experience building AI-native applications for at least one year; cloud experience with AWS or GCP is highly desired.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, with strong analytical, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
