Senior Data Journalist

Location: London, UK; hybrid with 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Interrogate hirify.global data and transform it into actionable, commercially impactful, and editorially strong narratives.
• Support proactive media pitches and enquiries with data points that strengthen stories and build trust.
• Develop thought-leadership themes, industry data stories, press narrative tracking, and forward-looking features.
• Create bespoke data stories and personalized insights for high-value accounts, supporting marketing and revenue initiatives.
• Produce presentations, white papers, reports, podcasts, interviews, op-eds, and joint client or partner deliverables.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences, client events, panels, round tables, and in press activities.

Requirements

• Expert data analysis and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into insights addressing media and client challenges.
• Experience in PR strategy and media or journalist relations.
• Strong presentation and writing skills, including the ability to deliver hour-long sessions, co-present, and answer challenging questions.
• Deep experience with quantitative research methods and strong knowledge of hirify.global data and software.
• Understanding of hirify.global’s competitive landscape and its role in AI-powered insights.
• Ability to work independently and manage the end-to-end creation of thought leadership.
