Content Editor (12-month FTC)

Location: Remote in the UK

What you will do

• Support daily content operations across Lyra International and local operations.
• Lead content projects and campaigns from planning through delivery.
• Write, edit, proofread, and update articles, client materials, marketing content, and support materials.
• Manage content uploads and updates in the internal CMS.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Member Marketing, and other departments to align content with brand and accessibility standards.
• Coordinate with the translation team to adapt content for different markets and maintain consistency across platforms.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a senior content role such as Editor, Senior Copywriter, or Content Manager.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with content management systems and content in multiple languages.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, project requirements, and customer feedback.
• Passion for wellbeing and/or mental health.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Adobe tools.
• Experience working asynchronously or for a large international company.
